Universal Telecom was formed in 1998 as a result of the experience gained by our sister company Universal Energy Ltd. in the de-regulated Energy Market.
Working from our Head Office in High Wycombe are our main core of Customer Service and support personnel, with experience in all aspects of the telecommunications business.
Our field of expertise is in dealing with business customer who wish to have a cost-effective telecoms supplier, with a stable network and excellent customer services.
Our customers are more than just a number, and we pride ourselves in our customer relationship programme. We keep our customers regularly updated with the latest technological advantages, and continually review their call and data profile so that we can recommend any action to be taken to make their business more efficient.
We have a Call Centre in Scotland and a Call Centre and Recruitment office in Cape Town, South Africa. Our main area of business growth is through referrals from our existing customers who are happy with our service. We invest heavily to build relationships with our customers, and to this end we have retained the exclusive use of a house in the French Pyrénées, which we use for themed weekends to entertain our customers.
